Hemp Milk
You Need
3 Cups of water
1/2 Cup of hulled hemp hearts
A pinch of sea salt
Sweetener of choice, to taste—Medjool date, raw sugar, or maple syrup—I recommend using 1 date or 1 tablespoon of raw sugar/maple syrup.
A splash of vanilla extract (optional)
Throw it all in a high power blender and blend until smooth.
No need to strain, but you may want to if your blender isn't strong.
Good in the fridge for 4 or 5 days. Shake before serving.
